N25˚ 13.439', E55˚ 21.355'. An illusive nanocache at an unusual location - IKEA! - hidden by geocacher TrueGeo in 2012 and last found a week before our visit.

This tiny nanocache named Do It Yourself City GC3MXJY had apparently travelled from location to location before being hidden at IKEA. Perhaps it was travelling when our ISEA geocaching tour visited- searching up, down, under, around, inside and out we left frustrated, discussing the geocaching tensions of invisibility, camouflage, durability and maintaining a discreet presence in a public space. We logged our find 'unfound'.

Impressions:

It was incredibly hot! Had to go to IKEA to cool down...

Heat desolation, greyness and no smells, heat...

Very hot and lots of concrete, IKEA looks different, blue and yellow...

Industrial familiar global capitalism related to home improvement, barren cars Westernization, the corporate colours of IKEA concrete and steel...
